Pre-lodgment meetings in Council.
Buying a vacant land or a property with future potential or just want to know if the development you have in mind is permissible?
If you are planning to buy a vacant land or planning to buy a property with the hope of demolishing and rebuilding or perhaps you just want to know if the development you have in mind is permissible, it would be in your best interest to attend a pre-lodgment meeting in Council. This would allow you to make a more informed decision. Vista Design Architect's would contact the local Council and find out for sure what you would or would not be able to do with the property. Then we would apply all the mandatory conditions on the property and draw concept design sketches to show you all your design options to take with you to a pre-lodgement meeting in Council.
