Project description: Double storey house with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Living areas, Approx Area 32 SQUARES.

This house was designed for a site which has two sides facing water views. The site itself was only 350 sq.m. The house designed was not only very modern but extremely energy efficient.The design is flexible, so it can adapt to the changing requirements of the family. The plan is open, to take in water views and yet at the same time offers privacy to the the owners. Location of the doors and windows, encourage natural light and ventilation to all parts of the home. The result has been a stunning home taking maximum advantage of the site conditions.

This house was designed on the Clients request, by incorporating few of the design elements of Vastu Shastra. Vastu Shastra is an Ancient art of building design, originating aproximately 20,000 years old, fom India, and is forefather to Feng Shui. Vastu is based on sustainable design, passive solar design principles. The end result has been a very modern home based on an ancient science.
