Clause 16 of the Children's Services Regulation 2004 sets out how the scaled building plans should demonstrate features of your proposed premises, including:
- layout, appearance
- facilities, amenities (eg. laundry, toilet, washing and kitchen facilities, nappy change area, storage area and fencing)
- outdoor play areas
- access
- fences
