Construction Certificate (CC)
Following Council approval of the development application drawings ( DA ) we can start preparing drawings and specifications which will be used in the construction process.For Houses and other small scale projects DA and CC can be submitted at the same time. In larger scale projects the CC has to be lodged to council separately. CC can also be provided by a private certifier.
Drawings included in the CC stage are the same as DA but with more details like schedule of finishes and schedule of doors and windows, which can be used for Construction.
