Seniors Living.- Designed according to the design guidelines of
State Environmental Planning Policy (Seniors Living) 2004
This Policy aims to encourage the provision of housing (including residential care facilities) that will increase the supply and diversity of residences that meet the needs of seniors or people with a disability, and make efficient use of existing infrastructure and services, and be of good design.
The size of the site must be at least 1,000 square metres and site frontage must be at least 20 metres wide measured at the building line. Many other conditions apply . At Vista Design COnsultants we will be able to guide you through the process of assessing your site as a potential site for Seniors Living and through the design and documentation of the entire project.

Senior Living Town House Complex

Project at Monavale road, Sydney - 5 Town house complex for seniors
Project at Monavale road was a SEPP 5 design project. SEPP 5 has now been replaced by the State Environmental Planning Policy ( Seniors Living) 2004. The project has 5 Town Houses designed with co-ordination of an Accredited Access Adviser with the NSW Ageing and Disability Department.
