Accessible Design and Documentation Services & Access Reports

At Vista Design Architects, we are committed to provide design services for barrier free access to all public premises. We have worked with individuals with disabilities for modifications to their homes. We have also worked with our local Council to develop facilities required for accessible use. We can provide detail designs of accessible sanitary facilities, ramps, circulation spaces at entry doors, accessible car parking facilities and signages specified as an essential part of our services. Our designs are developed based on Australian Standards for access and mobility, the Building Code of Australia, Access to Premises Standard & the Disability Discrimination Act.                                                                

Qualifications and Affiliations

Farah has attained accreditation with the Association of Consultants in Access, Australia. Farah also participates on the following committees concerning access for people with disabilities. Her qualifications and affiliations are as stated below,

• Accredited member of ACA ( Association of Consultants in Access, Australia)
• Management Committee member of PDRC ( Penrith Disabilities Resource Centre)
• Chairperson of PDAF ( Penrith Disabilities Action Forum)
• 'Community Representative' Member of the Penrith City Council's Access Committee
